TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE UPK LOTTERY ALL REGISTRATION PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 3:00 PM, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2021

Center Moriches Union Free School District participates in New York State's grant funded Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program. To be eligible for the Pre-Kindergarten, a child must be 4 years old on or before December 1, 2021 and be a Center Moriches resident within the boundaries of Center Moriches Union Free School District.
The program runs for 2.5 hours per day, 5 days per week (following the CMUFSD holiday/break calendar)
Children must meet all health and immunization requirements.
Parents are responsible for transportation.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
o Child's birth certificate
o Child's immunization record
o Three (3) acceptable proofs of residency
o Registration packet (see attachment below)
