BLOOD DRIVE TOMORROW 10/28- Walk-Ins Welcome!

Join us tomorrow for our School Community Blood Drive!

When: Wednesday, October 28th 8:00am - 2:00 pm

Where: Center Moriches High School (311 Frowein Rd)

Appointments: See flyer attached or simply walk-in!

All community members are welcome!

- Age 16: Allowed with a completed parental permission form (attached)

- Age 17+: Must bring a photo ID

- Ages 76+: Requires written physician consent

-General: Must feel good/symptom-free, meet minimum weight requirements, and eat/hydrate well before and after coming.
