Student leaders at Center Moriches High School pushed in to middle school and elementary school classes to promote exercise as a positive coping skill for mental health. Students were excited to connect with the high schoolers and participate in interactive activities.

The classroom visits were in preparation for the upcoming Using Our Voices Mental Health Run Series. Center Moriches is holding the first 5K of the series on March 16. The student-led event promotes love, unites communities and encourages mental health awareness through physical activity.
