At a recent meeting, the Center Moriches Board of Education approved Marissa Mangogna, Center Moriches High School principal, for tenure. Ms. Mangogna has been principal at the high school for four years and with the District for 12 years.
Ms. Mangogna was lauded by the Board of Education and district administration for her unwavering dedication; exceptional leadership; and profound impact on students, faculty, and the entire Center Moriches community.
“Throughout her time in the district, Marissa has consistently demonstrated her passion for education, commitment to students, a collaborative spirit, and her dedication to our community,” said Center Moriches Superintendent of Schools Dr. Ricardo Soto. “Her advocacy for all students has been invaluable. She is a great asset and champion for the High School and our district. We look forward to many more years of her inspiring guidance and positive influence.”
