food policy
November 7, 2025
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the holiday season approaches, we know many families are eager to celebrate and share special treats with classmates and staff. We truly appreciate your generosity and enthusiasm during this festive time.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind all families of our District Student Wellness Policy (#5661), adopted on June 14, 2023, which supports our commitment to the health and wellness of all students.
In alignment with this policy, please remember:
All food brought into school must be store-bought.
All items must include a label with clearly listed ingredients.
Whenever possible bring healthy items or non-food items
We are asking that no goody bags be sent home with children that contain candy/snacks/food
This ensures that we can monitor for potential allergens, uphold food safety standards, and continue promoting healthy choices in our school community.
We thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we work together to provide a safe, inclusive, and healthy environment for all students.
