Registration Information

Registering your child for enrollment in the Center Moriches School District is done by making an appointment with Mrs. Leslie Murray, Registrar, whose office is located at 529 Main Street, Center Moriches in the District Office.

In order to facilitate your child's enrollment, we have supplied the necessary forms that will need to be filled out prior to your arrival for your appointment. Please also be aware of the information needed to prove residency as noted on the cover page of each packet.
