Sex Offender Notifications

In order to provide parents/guardians and residents with information concerning convicted sex offenders who are living in this district, our school district participates in a no-cost sex offender alert notification program. Parents for Megans’ Law (PFML) will email district residents who have registered, informing them of any new sex offender’s presence and direct them to their website where they can access a full copy of the notifications. If you have not already registered to receive sex offender notifications, please contact the “Parents for Megans’’ Law helpline at 631-689-2672 or go to their website at www.parentsformeganslaw.com and click on the “Email Alert Program” link.

The SCPDSVU has developed a new format requiring you to access Level 2 & 3 offender information directly from the DCJS website. Level 1’s will continue with the offender sheet attached since they are not on the public website. www.criminaljustice.ny.gov
