Center Moriches High School students took the stage for this year’s musical, “Newsies.” During the course of three performances, the audience was transported to the streets of the Big Apple where newsboys organize a strike against the newspaper publisher. The show is based on the real-life Newsboy Strike of 1899. Student-actors, musicians and the crew impressed the audience with their skills.
