Principal's Message

Welcome to Clayton Huey Elementary,

Here at Clayton Huey, we believe in providing a safe, and nurturing educational environment that is supportive of the whole child. Our teachers and support staff work diligently to ensure that every student is availed opportunities to grow and challenge themselves academically, socially, and emotionally.

We establish this culture by encouraging students to take on challenges independently, while also providing the necessary support to ensure their success. Students are encouraged to be responsible learners, empathetic friends, and collaborative classmates.

Our staff regularly attends professional development based on the current trends and needs of our educational community to ensure that our students are receiving instruction that is aligned with New York State standards and meets their individual needs.

At Clayton Huey, we believe in developing well-rounded, independent and responsible students. We encourage parents and family members to reach out to their student's teachers and administration to ensure that our work is a collaborative community effort.
